Our firm is a Branch Office of one of the largest independent broker dealers with 24 Advisors in four states. For the Advisor looking to grow his or her practice, we provide technology and marketing resources not available at most firms that will help both client retention and the development of new business. We also work with Advisors to use our available resources to develop a model for management of his/her practice to efficiently operate on a daily basis and manage both new business and client servicing needs. We have also developed an expertise in helping Advisors create succession plans that both maximize the value of a practice as the Advisor approaches retirement and protects the value of a practice in the event of the Advisor's death. With our size and available resources, we are able to develop and fund creative transition packages for a qualified candidate whether you are looking to grow your practice or develop a succession plan. For Advisory business, you will have two options available. You can be affiliated with our independent investment advisory firm or utilize the broker-dealer's RIA, or be registered with both. For those looking to develop a more fee based practice model, we are able to offer a variety of fee based planning options whether services are provided by the Advisor or the firm.
