Overview

I recently moved to Nashville to start my practice, and am interested in purchasing a book from an exiting advisor.

My background is that I came from an RIA where we managed $16B in AUM, and catered exclusively to the HNW individual/family. There we focused on comprehensive wealth planning, which is my focus here in Nashville as well.

My philosophy is simple - coordinate a single, comprehensive financial plan with my client’s other professional advisors (e.g., attorney, CPA, etc.) to help reduce the risk of gaps or overlaps which could pose a threat to their future success and happiness. In order to pull together this comprehensive plan I review all of the following with my clients:

-Personal financial planning
-Retirement planning
-Estate planning/wealth transfer strategies
-Income tax planning
-Business succession
-Executive compensation
-Risk management
-Asset purchase solutions
-Education planning
-Philanthropic intent and giving strategies

Once reviewed, we then have a framework in place for where we want to go, and only then do we discuss how best to use the investments to get there. The investments serve as a means to an end, and by no means are the sole focus of our relationship.

With that in mind I am a fee-only financial advisor and believe in providing uncompromised financial counsel to my clients.
