I've been in the industry for roughly eight years. I'm looking to purchase an advisor's business and/or be part of an advisor's retirement and succession plan. My practice is focused on multi-disciplined planning and asset allocation advice. The majority of my clients are between 55-70. However, I also have a good portion of clients whom are high income earning young professionals. I would like to work with the selling / retiring advisor for a minimum of one year during the transition process to ensure client retention.
