Looking for strategic opportunities to buy, merge, grow or sell over time my financial planning business. I am 55 with decades of experience and want to be part of a team to accelerate growth for 10 years. In search of an established Registered Representative with their own book of clients looking to move to a National Independent Broker-Dealer (IDB). Complete turn key office (computer, internet, phone system, solid support staff, etc.) in a Class A office located in Ponte Vedra Beach. OSJ/Branch Manager based in Atlanta. Looking for both an experienced financial advisor who is looking to establish long term exit/retirement sell strategy and/or a less experienced advisor who is established but looking to go the IDB route/corporate RIA route to increase their payouts and better manage their business and who may provide an eventual succession and continuity for senior CFP in the office. We have offices for up to three advisors.
Local candidates strongly preferred:
• Ponte Vedra Beach/Jacksonville Beaches/ Jacksonville/Nocatee/St. Augustine
• Selling primarily fee-based advisory accounts.
• Must have their own book of business that they can transfer to FSC/Pershing IBD.
• Financial Services Experience: 3+ years
• Series 7, Series 66, variable life and health license.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Again, the Candidate must have their own book of clients-We are looking for a producing advisor that has their own clients but wants to be part of a team. They should have 5+ years of experience. Their book must be transferrable. Ideally they should be producing $150k+ of GDC. .
NOT LOOKING FOR:
• A call center financial rep that does not have their own clients.
• Someone that does primarily transaction based business.
• Someone with multiple issues on Broker Check U4.
