We are looking to double our fee-based business in the next two years. we also offer life and long term care insurance and have $90 mil under management. Our client mix is 60% preparing public employees (federal, state) for retirement, 40% helping business owners and families prepare for retirement. We focus on women decision-makers as well. We have a three generation succession plan in place, with a 72 year old, 58 year old and 32 year old financial advisors. We prefer a multi-year buyout from new fees generated, but can get capital and financing for the right buyout as well.
