Overview

I operate a comprehensive financial planning practice, with about 50% of revenue derived from AUM and the other 50% from life and annuity sales. Most of my clients are over the age of 50 so my focus is on retirement income planning, investment management, long-term care planning and tax mitigation (e.g. withdrawal strategies from deferred compensation plans, tax-free income from life insurance policies, etc.). I am looking for a modest book of business ($10MM and under) to grow my practice. Outside of my practice, I teach all seven CFP® Board exam modules at Northwestern University and The College for Financial Planning. I have a Series 7, 63, 65 and Life/Accident/Health licenses and CFP® designation.
