I'm a younger (36) successful growing advisor that has about 50 million under management, generating around 550k-600k in revenue, and now looking to grow through acquisition. I run a primarily fee-based practice that has about 85% in recurring revenue through managed accounts with small exposure to some annuities, UITs, and insurance when suitable. I do comprehensive financial planning and wealth management in my practice so it's a very DOL compliant book. We run a tight client service model with 2 - 4 scheduled service review meetings per year (client base is segmented where A/B clients get a higher level of service and C/D clients get a lower level). We do educational/fun events for clients and prospects about 11 - 12 times per year. I have one staff and one newer junior advisor on my team.
