After founding and running my own solo RIA practice for 8 years, I recently merged my practice into a slightly larger RIA practice to take advantage of scale, technology, resources, ___ free up time and create efficiencies to grow. I am now an employee, but run my own $60M AUM practice under the firm's umbrella. I would be interested in bringing on another advisor to join my team within the firm that is looking for a succession plan and looking to transition out of the business in the next 1-5 years. Myself and my new firm's principle owner are open and flexible to different deal structures to accommodate the right fit. I have capacity in my practice to take on a reasonably sized practice as I currently manage approximately 60 households.
