Interested in buying a practice with characteristics and process similar to mine
-an advisory based practice with applicable AUM annual management fee
-clients are predominately W2 employees of larger Employers, consisting of corporate executives with total compensation ranging from $300k- $700k/yr (base and bonus)
-accounts are made up mostly of mutual funds and some ETFs representing a prescribed asset allocation
-client is accustom to quarterly phone/go to meeting reviews with occasional in person meetings between the hours of 8am - 6pm) in order to identify the need to rebalance a portfolio to maintain its prescribed allocation, and consisting of a review to update projections of their accumulation goals (educ and retirement, etc) and progress made toward each, and review of their insurance needs (life, disability, long term care).
