We lifted out of a wire house on July 218, 2017. We are based in Mechanicsburg and have partners that live in Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill and Hershey PA. Schwab is our custodian. We have a relationship also with an aggregator in NYC. We plan to build our business via organic and inorganic acquisitions primarily in the Central Pennsylvania market. Once our transition is complete we expect to have $175MM AUM. Our goal is to find planning based, fee based advisors in the independent space as well as the wire houses with whom we can merge or who will join us as with future partners or as employees. Our priority is the create a culture that focuses on clients first and left the wire house to open up access to solutions we can offer those clients.
