Early stage (5-6 years) RIA with a large customer base fed by sister company in the benefits brokerage business seeks to acquire local/regional practice. We are seeking either solo practitioners or small firms who have interest and ability to serve clients but need access to a larger prospect base. Will also consider those looking for succession strategy. Candidates must have at least $75,000 of revenue from AUM and ideally at least $200,000 of combined top-line revenue. Ideal candidates will have an interest in continuing to practice for a period of time and must not be subject to a non-compete. Our practice is comprised of wealth management, qualified retirement plans, financial planning, estate planning and life insurance disciplines and generates both fee-based and commission based revenue depending on the client's needs. We are open to providing an equity ownership opportunity in the right scenario.
