We have a predominantly fee based practice with some older business that still produces trail commission. New clients are generally fee based, but may occasionally use mutual funds for smaller accounts as an accommodation or to simply bring over existing accounts. I will also use annuities to create additional guaranteed lifetime income when appropriate. We believe in holistic planning looking at one's entire financial lives including assets, liabilities, protection, taxes, and cash flows. Our mission is to put our clients in position of financial security and confidence that they did not have and would not have had if we had not met ... while always placing their interests above our own.
Ideally, I am hoping to identify like-minded individuals in North Metro Atlanta in one of three situations. The first situation would be someone who is nearing the end of their career and wants to identify a buyer for their practice. The second would be someone who wants to be part of an ensemble recognizing that this business is way too complex for a single practitioner to know everything in every area. We would love to explore adding someone with complementary skill sets to our ensemble. The final area is that we are looking ahead for an individual who can join our practice to a continuity partner and ultimately be our successor.
