Our team is looking to expand and grow our AUM business through a purchase/succession plan.
Our team is multi-generational and is looking to develop a larger base to utilize our strong relationships. We will use our relationships with current money managers but also would like to have the ability to venture away from that space and become more active with the money managers that are focused on using current technologies to give the client a more adaptive management while maintaining the relationship with you/us.
We have a purchase plan that works for someone who still has the passion to advise their clients for the next few years and know that they are leaving their clients with someone who has the same desire and work ethic that we use in building our current relationships. We can also structure the purchase to fit the seller's needs and create flexibility to have a smooth transition for their clients if they are looking to exit immediately.
