Younger (by industry standards) advisor looking for succession planning opportunities and bring advisors into our turn key, well supported systems for growth and retention. I have 16+ years of experience, nearly 100% client retention and near perfect client satisfaction scores and leader of a larger branded team practice. I have a well balanced, compliant practice that consists of financial planning, asset management, insurance and annuities. No one particular area is overly concentrated by both choice and business plan.
