Successful, independent, fee-based asset management and financial planning firm. We are seeking experienced financial advisors who are looking for a long-term association.
As a financial advisor with FSI, your responsibilities will include marketing your – and FSI’s – unique set of strengths and skills, targeting prospective clients, identifying client needs by analyzing their present income and asset situations, guiding clients in setting financial goals, recommending appropriate investment solutions, helping clients take action on your recommendations, and maintaining ongoing client relationship management.
A successful candidate will:

Have a BA in Business and/or Finance
Preferably have an advanced degree, e.g. an MBA, or a professional designation such as CFP, CHFC, or CPA
Have FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 or 66 registrations, and life insurance license including variable products
Demonstrate success in building a book of business
A successful candidate should have:

A commitment to conduct business with honesty and integrity
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others
Excellent knowledge of, and ability to communicate financial planning concepts and terminology
Excellent knowledge of, and ability to explain products, such as mutual funds, stocks, bonds, insurance, and annuities
Have 3-5 years as a financial advisor demonstrating success in building a book of business
