We are looking to bring on another professional who wants to either 1) free up their time by not having to focus on the business and compliance side and instead grow and maintain their book with the support of a team (plus sharing in costs to capitalize on economies of scale), and/or 2) You are great at business development and want to leverage your time on the sales front and have a team do more/most of the client servicing, while you collect AUM for simply bringing in the business. We are a younger team of ambitious financial professionals, under 40. I am CFP(R) professional. We are currently a Fee Only and fiduciary practice. We specialize in retirement planning for our clients and low cost index investment management during normal market times with tactical asset management during times of market volatility.
