I am interested in discussing the purchase of a local practice. I am also willing to be part of a local advisor's succession planning.
I have been licensed and practicing as an advisor since May, 1991. I built an Ameriprise franchise from "scratch" into $175 MM in AUM. In my former practice, I had a staff of four full-time employees, two of them licensed. We did extensive financial planning (for a fee). I personally hired and trained each member of this team, which remained with the practice I sold in late 2014.
After my out-of -state father passed away in Texas and a non-compete period, which allowed me to "test" early-retirement, I find I am not burned out (as I felt at one time) and that I truly miss serving individual & business clients.
I have a long-term, clean compliance record and stellar credit. For the new practice I have started, I built a beautiful, conveniently located office near interstates 80 and 55. I am willing to travel for local clients who want/need home or business appointments. I'm looking to aggressively grow in 2019. I have custodial agreements with both LPL and TD Ameritrade.
I am an active volunteer in my local community and church. I have lived and worrked in this area my entire life. I am committed to serving my clients through all areas of financial planning and would be honored to discuss how we might continue the care you have provided for those you serve.
