A highly energetic, ambitious 34 year-old who has a passion for teaching and coaching businesses and individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset (also a numbers geek). I specialize in the institutional and wealth space and have my own tax practice.

A little more about my background...

I worked several years in the accounting industry specializing in tax compliance and consulting, most notably with PricewaterhouseCoopers. My experience in this field has now generated 60 clients, both individuals and firms to oversee their tax compliance and provide consulting services.

In the financial space, I initially started in Wealth Management at Cetera Advisor Networks, focusing a lot of my efforts on 403(b)'s, 457's, and IRA opportunities. My experience included life insurance (currently Life & Health licensed) as well as annuities, in addition to brokerage work. I also built out a lead generation call team to further increase revenue for the firm, where the average producer had over $1 million in gross dealer concession. Other broker dealer affiliations include LPL (with Independent Financial Partners as the RIA) and CapFinancial Securities. I was also previously with Pensionmark Financial Group/Securities, a RIA and Broker-Dealer for over 5 years and worked out of the home office. I established a lead generation team there, generating appointments with Plan Sponsors for Corporate Plan Opportunities. My experience also includes sales marketing, CRM technology, and project management.

I'm currently affiliated with Lincoln Financial Advisors and Sourjohn-Kim Retirement Solutions, based out of San Rafael, CA with my home office in Santa Barbara, CA.

In addition to managing my own client base, my responsibilities in the past have included recruiting established, successful practices that want to scale and grow their firm. Many of our offices are wealth and retirement plan hybrids.

I am now focusing on building my own Retirement Plan and Wealth Management practice after supporting others for 13 years.
