Looking to expand my footprint with another planner's practice - preferably one who intends to stay in the business for some time to make for good integration & a smooth transition. I and my client-base are both young enough that we have many decades of growth ahead of us, but I would like partner with an advisor who has an established practice - both to act as mentor for me and to provide assurance that your clients will be well cared-for after your retirement.
I currently am a state registered RIA that maintains insurance licenses. I custody with TD Ameritrade, and I have a very clear mission: to help make sure my clients are wealthy when they grow up, whatever their definition of wealthy. A large portion of my revenue is fee-based financial planning as I have clearly-distinguished deliverables between those paying for financial planning services and those paying for investment advisory services.
