Advisor working for a RIA that has been in business since the 1960's and currently has 3rd generation individuals in the business. Looking to expand my practice and buy a book of business. Ideally, looking to buy a book of business from an advisor who wants to ensure their clients will be left in the good hands of a knowledgable & experienced advisor , and above all an advisor who puts the interest of the client frst. and who is looking to phase out of the business. Ideally looking for a book that has a higher % of fee based / managed accounts as opposed to book focused entirely on mutual funds and from advisors & practice owners looking for a grdual exit. This is the ideal scenario, however I remain open to discussing other books of business , and advisors looking to exit immediately as well.
