Overview

I'm a Columbus, Ohio based advisor with 22 years experience and a small focused client base. I decided to break away from a major firm and start my own RIA in 2019. I'm in my mid 40's and have a lot of capacity to handle more clients due to a recent "rightsizing" of my client base. I clear mostly through Schwab and have spent the last couple years developing an infrastructure including compliance, staff, technology, marketing, office space, and other systems and processes. I'm looking for advisors in the following situations:
1. An advisor that wants to retire in the next 0-5 years and looking for an experienced successor to purchase and take over his or her client base.
2. An advisor that wants to share costs and plug into my firm for synergies. Either a small existing RIA or a big firm break-away advisor that wants to realize the financial and life-style benefits of the RIA model.
I'm not interested in selling my practice or rolling it into another firm/brand. I'm fee-only but open to an advisor with dual registration.
