My wife, Suzan, and I started Fox and Bull Wealth Management in March of this year (2021) to serve both individuals and retirement plans. We are affiliated with BB Graham & Company, which we chose for it's smaller size and therefore more personal approach, while being able to take advantage of the size and scope of RBC, which they use for clearing and custody.
Suzan brings to the business nearly 10 years as and advocate for her individual clients and an expert in the retirement field as evidenced by her CPWA and C(k)P® designations. She started at Morgan Stanley before spending the last 7 years at Merrill Lynch. I've been in the industry 28 years, primarily as a mutual and/or annuity wholesaler representing American Funds, Federated, Pacific Life, and Thornburg. I spent my time with advisors more as a consultant and less as a salesperson, focusing on helping advisors build their business and strengthen relationships with their clients. Always eager to expand my knowledge to better serve advisors and their clients, I achieved the CRC®, CIMA®, and CPWA® designations. I look forward to now using this knowledge with my own clients.
We focus on helping our clients achieve their objectives from the foundation of a solid goals-based plan. We then use a combination of fund/ETF models, stock models, annuities, and life and LTC insurance. While most of our clients are fee based, we have a few that prefer to pay commissions.
Since I am coming from the wholesale side of the business, I don't have client of my own, other than those Suzan has moved from Merrill Lynch. Therefore, I'm looking to build my side of the business by buying books from advisors looking to transition into retirement, partnering for enough time for their clients to feel comfortable working with me and Suzan.
