Fee based RIA with a high net worth, limited clients list focused on retirement planning and investment strategy. Looking to add an associate financial advisor who has some clients assets of their own to manage but will also work with our existing clients in support of this growing firm. If successful, longer term, this advisor will move into a junior partner and become part of the succession plan. The potential associate financial advisor needs to have financial planning experience, a desire to grow a business, be motivated by the "raise" that comes with gaining each new client, and hold an understanding of the value of growing with a senior partner at an existing firm. Someone, who like me, worked in the wirehouses, didn't like the corporate first atmosphere, and realized the RIA model is the best way to build a client centric investment advisory practice, would likely be a good candidate for this opportunity.
