Overview

We are two advisor RIA ensemble practice with both advisors in their late 30s. The lead advisor has a CPA, CFA, and CFP® and the supporting advisor is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and a CFP®. Our firm provides clients with a full suite of tax filing services, tax planning, retirement planning, and investment advisory services as part of one comprehensive advisory relationship. Our fee structure is currently a 100% asset-based advisory fee model; however, the lead advisor does hold a Series 7 license as well as multiple insurance licenses that can be activated if necessary to service a Seller's client base.

Due to our full service advisory approach, we have focused to date on acquiring larger client relationships ($1M+) which allows us substantial capacity to invest time and effort in developing new relationships with a Seller's client base. We are particularly interested in exploring the acquisition of smaller RIA practices (10 to 50 clients) and are capable of making offers without seller and/or third-party financing requirements. Lastly, we believe that our professional credentials and full service advisory approach (which includes ongoing in-house tax services) provides a Seller with a compelling value proposition to present to their client base.
