Boston Harbor Wealth Advisors is an independent financial services practice whose advisors specialize in financial planning and investment management. Our mission is to help you and your clients achieve financial independence on your terms.

We joined Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. in 2015 as a five-person team managing approximately $100mil. Since then, we have grown to managing over $3bil with offices throughout the Northeast and the state of Ohio. Our team is comprised of financial advisors, client service professionals and operations specialists, including two investment strategists, three compliance officers, a Practice Management Consultant and a CPA.

In more than a decade of recruiting, we have completed a variety of deals including immediate sales, partial sales, long-term buyouts, and affiliations. Our M&A experience helps advisors feel confident that their practice, along with their clients and employees are in good hands. We have moved advisors from a variety of independents, major wirehouses, regionals and banks.

Our industry is full of companies trying to recruit advisors to join their firm. The issue is very few companies take the time to understand what matters most to you. Our competition – regional managers, recruiters, search firms – approach each deal as a transaction and will do anything to “land a recruit,” including making promises they can’t keep.
