I'm 57 and plan to be in practice for the next 20 years. My oldest child is 21. I would like my practice to be viable enough to offer a career one of my kids in 10 or 15 years. I KNOW I need a junior partner born in the 80s to help me build and grow the practice. I THINK it makes sense for me to partner with a planner born before 1955 who wants to exit the business.
