Our M&A objectives are primarily focused on identifying and partnering with financial advisory firms managing assets between $10m and $150m in AUM. We place a strong emphasis on those serving the Pre-Retiree and Retiree demographics, mirroring our client base.

Geographically, we're zeroing in on firms that cater to clients spanning from Paso Robles, CA, down to the San Fernando Valley, ensuring a seamless integration with our established clientele in these regions.

Building on our successful track record, having previously integrated an acquired firm, we are keen on our next partnership opportunity. A pivotal element in our selection process is alignment in core values; we deeply value openness and honesty in our operations and client interactions and are eager to collaborate with advisors who resonate with these principles. During client reviews, our clients almost unanimously name Communication and Education as our company's strongest attributes.
