Executive Team Overview:
Modern Wealth Management (MWM) is building the future of wealth management that's delivering value to client, advisors, and shareholders. It was started by former executive co-founders of an RIA who transacted with Goldman Sachs in 2019 for a record $750m. The Co-CEOs are Mike Capelle and Gary Roth along with Jason Gordo as President. This team, along with many of the employees here at MWM, have worked together for well over a decade and conducted over 100 transactions in their prior lives.

MWM is funded with employee capital along with $200m in PE funding from Crestview Partner. Crestview is a fantastic capital partner and has only been additive to supporting our business strategy and execution.

How we add value to partner firms:
1) We remove the minutia associated with running the business so that you and other advisors can focus on their highest and best use without disrupting the local culture of your firm
2) We have built out a centralized Organic Growth Hub that houses up to 32 advisors and Concierge Team Ambassadors who "pre-close" prospects for our partner firms (across the county) to drive double digit organic growth which also results in greater income opportunities
3) We recognize that some advisors enjoy being "rainmakers" and others are motivated by helping clients with complex financial needs, so we've bifurcated sales and service which has resulted in professionals who are energized by what they do everyday and their contribution to the firm
4) Unlike larger RIA partnership integrators, we are still early on in our journey and those who become early partners are likely to benefit significantly from an outsized future opportunity
