As such Lake House implements a 12/4/2 model for client contact. 12 contacts per year, 4 are quarterly reviews and 2 of those reviews are either face to face or via zoom meetings. The idea behind this contact schedule is to ensure every client gets high quality and personalized a) regular scheduled conversations, b) rapid response to problems, c) attention to detail, d) anticipating issues before they happen and e) to provide a wider and deeper breath of offerings.
