Looking to expand my footprint with another planner's practice - preferably one who intends to stay in the business and ensure a smooth transition. Our staff and our client-base is both young enough that we have many decades of growth ahead of us, but we would like partner with an advisor who has an established practice and wants to see their client base well cared-for after retirement. We currently are a state registered RIA. We custody with Charles Schwab, and we have a very clear mission: to empower wealth success for our clients. A large portion of our revenue is fee-based financial planning as we have clearly-distinguished deliverables between those paying for financial planning services and those paying for investment advisory services. We manage a variety of investment models, including a modern portfolio theory ETF model, multiple equity models (largely statistical and algorithmic), partner with another specialty manager for model delivery on a concentrated equity model, and allocate to various private investments as needed. From a practice perspective, we are in the process of implementing two major planning overhauls: designing a multi-year financial planning "residency" and reconstituting our financial planning advice based on "protocols" (mirroring the preventative medicine model). 2024 will be a year of change which should allow us to redefine best-in-class service for our clients (and hopefully yours too).
