I have a successful insurance agency that specializes in commercial insurance. The agency will be at least 25-40 percent commercial, 25% personal (20% homeowners and 5% auto), 15% life insurance and 10 percent financial services. The agency will employ at least 5 full time people and 23 part time people. The agency will operate 6 days a week (8-5 M-F and 8:12 on Saturdays. The agency will employ at 3 independent agents (i.e, independent contractors) that specialize in at least one of the primary lines of insurance (Personal, commercial, and/or life and health). The agents will be paid 100% commission basis.
The agency will be located in one of 4 states (New York, Georgia, Texas or California). I would like to eventually own at least 3 -5 agencies.
