Ideal buyer would need to be local (preferable) as my relationship with my clients is more personal rather than digital. My business consists for small group health insurance which also ties into my advisory side of the business in where the same clients also have 401k accounts. On the advisory side I do retirement plans (401k and simple IRA), mutual funds, and managed money. I'd ideally like to find a buyer to buy the entire book of business-both insurance and advisory. My timeline is about 2-3 years out. I'd like to bring this person in 6 months to a year in advance of my retirement for the transition.
