I have a senior sales center that produces mainly medicare supplements. We sale some life and Dental/Vision plans, but 95% of the book is Medicare Supplements. This book is a decent size and in it's first year of renewal. I have 5 more years at the current residual rate. I'm looking to sale this block of business to re-invest into my other lines. It is a money generator due the the Medicare Supplement high persistency rate. With a contract of an average of mid 20's this 500K Annualized premium book will create a nice cash flow.
