Job Description

Part time assistant with keyboarding skills of 100 words minute, able to use Microsoft Office programs excell, word, power point, and mail merge to update Data base, records and files of clients and prospects. Phone contact of current client base and prospects for appts and reviews or setting up meetings at hotels. Approxamately 4-5 hrs day, 2-3 days week depending on work schedule needed, May turn into 5 days.
