I operate a "Fee Only" RIA practice. I own a (separate corporation) small (and specialized) CPA firm, which helps us supplement my planning services.
We clear through Schwab. I am not interested in selling my practice.

I am exploring:
1. Succession and continuation plans with other firms
2. Adding an adviser to help us grow our practice or potential continuation/succession
3. Networking and learning from other advisers withe similar values
4. We have a one person office to sublet. This would be good for a CPA or a financial adviser/professional
