Thank you for allowing me to respond to your practice transition. I realize it is a tough decision in deciding on the right person to take over your clientele. I understand the hard work that goes into building a financial services practice, and our firm will strive to honor that dedication and the years of service that you have provided to your clients, throughout the acquisition process.

I have been successful in acquiring a practice in the past on the FP Transitions site and I believe that this will help in this process if we decide to work together, as I have created systems and blueprints in making a successful merge with your clients. From looking at your description, it looks as though we would be a good fit.

I currently have a wealth management practice with offices here in Sanibel, FL, and two meeting offices in IL and St Petersburg, FL and I am looking to expand our firm in your area and to use your current office location as our next location. I currently manage the 2 satellite locations in Illinois and St Petersburg by scheduling all of my reviews in 1-2 week blocks done at 2-3 times per year at each location. This allows me to meet face to face with each of the clients to build on the relationship and we have had great success with this with our office.

My primary focus has been on providing complete wealth management to successful seniors and business owners, to help them attain the financial freedom they want, so that they can spend their time on those things that are much more important than money to them. We help them implement the steps necessary to realize their lifetime values and goals by meeting with our clients 3 times per year. In those meetings we review the safety of their plan, create one page summaries of all of their insurance and their estate plans with recommendations from our deliverables team, review the perpetual income plan and make any recommended changes to their portfolio and asset mix. In our initial meetings with your clients, we would focus on getting to know their values, goals and any previous goal setting and plans you have done with them, so that we can identify how to best work together going forward. We have a team of experts we refer our clients to including estate planning attorneys, CPA’s, insurance professionals, mortgage brokers and health care professionals.

I have been in this business since 1983 and have obtained the ChFC, CLU degrees, am a registered principal with Securities America, and an Investment Advisor Rep under Securities America Advisors. I am 55 years old, have been married for 33 years and have 2 sons, ages 19 and 35, and we have 3 foster daughters currently ages 15, 9 and 7. In my free time I am active in our church, spend time with all of our kids and enjoy wild life photography.

My investment philosophy is to minimize the volatility while still achieving a stable long- term rate of return for my clients. I realized a long time ago that there are investment mangers out there that are much better than I am, so I choose from the best third party institutional managers that I can find for my clients.

My practice is a fee- based model, and I complete a financial plan on all clients.
I currently have $40,000,000 in AUM and my last year’s gross revenue was around $750,000. I currently have 3 assistants, Monica, Stephany and Ashley, who do a great job in customer service. I would like to talk to you in more detail about your practice. Give me a call at ___-___-____, or email me at ___ You can also visit my website at ___ I look forward to speaking with you soon.
