Overview

It's important to me to keep continuity with the previous advisor's style. I'm looking to take over a book and continue with the clients in the same manor they are accustomed to. I think it's important to honor what the prior advisor has done for them, not just try to make a sale. I've taken over a couple of small books in the past and the growth that I received was from servicing the clients and meeting their needs over time, not from replacing business. I know that some day when I sell my book, it will be important to me that my successor acts in the same way.
