Overview

We are very relationship based. I have had my practice with LPL since 2001. I am looking to purchase smaller to mid size practices where we can use our experience, and relationship based practice to nurture and further grow the relationships with the clients we acquire. We have a very strong staff, our most recent acquisition closed in Dec. 2017 and has been great for both seller and me the buyer and most important the clients. It was an all cash deal. We have done other smaller deals also in the past with some of the advisors i was OSJ for and those have been great. In summary I am a CFP with a relationship client centric practice, lots of experience, strong staff, acquisition experience looking to acquire small to midsize practices. Current assets are primarily mutual fund fee based accounts and annuity and life business also. Thank you for your consideration.
