Overview

My practice serves about 90 households with three main services: (a) unusually detailed financial planning normally with a strong retirement focus, (b) low-cost investment models combining diversified buy-and-hold ETF portfolios with quantitative factor-based stock and ETF portfolios, and (c) private placements for our accredited clients. Though our 165-advisor firm is dually registered, about 75% of my practice operates on the RIA side, with the balance coming from sophisticated insurance strategies for high new worth clients, and some brokerage of the private placements when they can't be offered through the RIA. I'm a CFP® professional, and actively attend advanced estate- and business-planning conferences to sharpen the axe to better serve clients with integrated planning. My goal here is to identify potential sellers who would like their clients' next chapter to include being served using a planning-centered approach, with a robust array of carefully vetted private equity and private debt opportunities for a portion of their assets, low-cost factor-based investment using publicly traded securities for the majority of their assets, and due attention paid to their insurance, tax planning, and estate planning needs.
