We are a comprehensive planning and wealth management firm. Our Broker Dealer/RIA is with Hornor, Townsend & Kent. We have strategic alliances with Penn Mutual Life Insurance company as well as life, disability, long-term care brokers for our protection planning. We own a Property & Casualty insurance brokerage (Cambridge Insurance Services), and have strategic alliances with CPAs and attorneys housed with our offices to help provide full comprehensive advice for our clients. Our client profile focuses on Professionals and small business owners, though we have many who are not, or focus is around those areas. We also manage qualified retirement plans and we provide health benefits (though an alliance with Cambridge Benefits Solutions).

We are looking to grow our assets under management, planning opportunities and our overal book of business. So we are looking for opportunities that would fit with our planning model, style, and make economic sense. I am representing Cambridge as as a whole, so profile questions represent Cambridge as a whole--namely Jason Rucker, Eric Pyles and me.

With regards to our annuity business, we set up the annuities to pay like our assets under management--trail only, so effectively half of our assets that are managed are fee-based.
