This is a 401(k) book. There are about 10 workplace plans under consideration, with 80% of revenue from one large client a 10+ year relationship. This was a growth year, and we will have taken on 3-5 new employers in 2021 which are brand new relationships. Mix of 3-38 and 3-21 RIA work, no broker dealer involved. Direct with book owner, sole practitioner with 401(k) exclusive focus, RPAG membership by buyer preferred.
