Overview

My business is comprised of 28% fee based registered investment advisory fees managing mutual funds, ETFs, and 22% annuity trails, $6,000,000 in new AUM sales, and 400,000 in new life insurance premium annually. These sales are sustainable by the right indiviual, with appropriate training. (also a mixture of renewals, deferred comp, benefits, health insurance) with life renewal streams at about 180K a year. FICA benefit 10K, medical 10K. NUMBERS IN HEADING ARE INCLUDING INSURANCE SIDE.

I'm looking preferably for a CFP, as we are a planning practice first, so someone to make sure my clients are well taken care of, is the ideal. The individual or group should be around Chadds Ford (Northern Delaware, West Chester, Oxford, no more than 1 hour out).

Looking to sell off my business gradually, or possibly merge. One option is to possibly sell off the securities business and maintain the insurance business until 2024. Situation could be a buyer take over securities and over 4-5 years eventually take over insurance side. Looking for someone around 40-50 years old and that is compassionate towards clients.
