Our firm supports and has both RIA & B/D. We take the stress off advisors back who are tired of acting as P.M. with our independently audited money managers & digital advisory platform & we eliminate other expenses such as legal, compliance & E&O insurance,Our team's focus is 100% fee only using managed money (mutual funds & ETFs). Strong relationships are the foundation for our energetic team. We're looking for advisors that are open to a discussion about partnering/merging/selling. What makes us stand out?

Our target market is large & our niche are individuals with as little as $25,000-$250 million. Our expertise & focus is similar to a doctor-patient relationship by keeping the pulse of the client & in knowing where they are in the investment lifecycle to achieve their investment strategy. We are not transaction focused. We operate in a fiduciary capacity.

What are our priorities?

1. Client Service- Building relationships & communicating with clients through a
solid investment strategy is our #1 priority.
2. Employees- Keeping existing employees who make the client service experience
enjoyable & help build the relationship is vital to the foundation of the business.
We want to keep any employees who make the business successful!
3. Price- Completing an updated analysis of current A.U.M. will help us provide the most competitive succession valuation for the seller which is higher than the average 3x-5x year multiple. We are able to provide a sample of this at your request.

What does our ideal seller or practice acquisition target look like?
$100M AUM, 100% Fee only, tired & stressed from acting as portfolio manager & wants that liability & heavy responsibility taken away off their shoulders.

Yes short or long period of time. We want both.

Yes we are remarkably flexible. We are so flexible we are able to customize the time-period & terms according to advisor’s needs & wants.

How do you plan to help a seller transition their practice?
We complete 90% of the transition (client info aggregation, input, account submittal, review, tracking, opening to our platform. The seller completes 10% of transition by contacting the client by phone call.

What could it look like by selling to us?
More time for the advisor to spend with family, travel,hiking, golf

What is our role after acquistion?
Our plan is clear: to transition the advisor & assets within 60 days, complete our 90% workload committment, & deliver in a customized time frame (0-15yrs) & flexibility of succession terms (partnership/merge/sale). After acquisition, our role is defined to build the relationship & communicate. Building the relationship could be visiting a partnering advisor or their clients on a monthly or annual basis. Communicating firm updates related to best practices, compliance, & legal correspondence is how we proactively protect our advisors’ business. And lastly for partnering advisors, we want to get out of their way to do what they do best for their clients.
