I am appreciative of your taking time to review my book of business. This is a fee only RIA. My ideal candidates should have a 100% RIA fee practice as I'm not interested in commission based brokerages at this time. I'd like to see my successor having a fair amount of experience with 15 to 20 years in the business. No special credentials are required; however, it is crucial that the candidate be a like minded contrarian money manager. Currently my clients are positioned in a very bearish manner and a successor must be comfortable leaving them that way until the worldwide debt issues are resolved. The time horizon for succession is 3 years as I only manage stocks and ETF's. 50% of those are in Florida while the remaining ones are mostly in Pennsylvania with a few other states included.
I look forward to speaking with a motivated buyer who fits the required description within the overview.
