85% of my business is 401(k) clients. I deliver a sophisticated 3(21) fiduciary process. Would like to absorb existing advisors qualified plan business in order to help them improve their client service, but open to additional individual business as well. Could work out a succession that splits comp in the beginning as the client relationship is built during succession.
