My practice has many systems in place that my staff is organized around taking care of to meet the client's expectations. Clients have regularly scheduled meetings to review and plan for future needs and goals. Our practice intergrades both face-to-face interactions as well as the use of financial technology to produce an efficient and friendly feel for our clients. Our purpose in our offer is to be easy for clients to work with while achieving satisfaction that produces a steady stream of growth. Part of my business planning is growing my organization through acquisition. We have successfully acquired other practices and intergraded those clients into our family.
I am not looking to purchase some mega practice far away from our home base of Northern California, but rather reasonable sized practices located in the western united States where we can personally serve that relationship successfully.
