Overview

We are a practice providing comprehensive financial planning. We have transitioned from 100% commission based business in 2017 to fully fee based. We've begun fee only plan creation in the last year as well (about $10K in new planning fees). Our average client has $300K to $700K in assets and we serve hard-working families that need honest financial guidance in their most critical years.

Previously the practice was involved in almost every facet of financial services and created a successful niche businesses in the health insurance market and that unique focus has given us the ability to serve our financial planning clients in a more comprehensive way. Our success in health insurance has made it difficult to grow the financial planning practice significantly simply because there isn't time in the day to have two great businesses as a solo practitioner. I'd ideally like to joint an existing RIA or planning practice where I know that our current client base in the Financial Planning practice would thrive and receive the on-going support and attention they deserve. By merging or selling it would create the environment where I could focus on the health insurance brokerage business. I'd be open to continuing to produce and obtain new clients if that is an option.
