Looking for an immediate continuity plan with the right advisor. The client base has an average age of 60yrs old. The 350 clients breakdown into: 100- A clients, 150- B clients, and 100- C clients. There are approximately 100 securities clients, the rest are insurance clients. There is 1 full time assistant, and 1 part time secretary. The business is run very efficiently and leverages great technology (nearly all cloud based processes and data storage). There is a very unique strategic partnership with credit unions. While a transition is not a deal killer, there is a moderate to strong desire for the buying advisor to transition.
