Overview

We are looking for an advisory practice, with a client base that aligns with our existing practice. We have capacity to take care of people, with an organization that's ready to take on that practice. We are intentional around the profile of clients and who we want to take on as a client. The ideal client is open, coachable, has love of family, successful and has a desire to be impactful and significant to those around them.

We are a financial planning team that focuses on helping clients achieve their long-term objectives. We have extensive knowledge working with high net worth families, business owners and professional athletes. I have been in practice for 21 years, working in NY, NJ and CT and transitioned to CA in 2013. Since then, I have built a team with a robust offering. Our intention is to take care of people, become a part of their life, and to surround them with competent, professional advisors.

My numbers are a bit more complex than the Succession Link layout provides. Over the years, I have worked with over 1,200 individuals. Many of those are serviced by my East Coast team. I have selectively retained the clients I work with, and I personally only work with our top 5%. Until 2016, we did not have a focus on asset management as it wasn't an area I personally wanted to work on. I brought in a partner, who is managing our investment business and focused on growth. As a growth strategy, we are considering acquiring a book of business.
