recently moved to California. Sold my previous practice, after 30 years in the Mid West. I spent the last 12 years in Senior Management. Today while still in management with a new and young firm I am looking to expand my personal practice to 25 or 30 very high net worth individuals. Since I have a large team of people I have the ability to hand off clients to other well-experianced advisors within the firm. We believe in working within teams, therefore only being the lead advisor on 25 cases provides top-end service to each client.
